Our Story
David and Ryan met in 2023 as volunteers serving on a local Fire-Rescue department. David, a twenty-five-year executive search company owner, and Ryan, a twenty-year EMS veteran, had an instant connection. Given the unique experiences of David and Ryan, they quickly determined that there was an opportunity to bring their talents, passions, and experiences together to create a solutions-focused organization; linking quality mobile medical candidates to top-tier employers in the healthcare space.
